A Bit About Me...
I am Namai, bridging robotics and design through mechatronic innovation.

My work lies at the intersection of robotic perception, embodied intelligence, and physical system design. I am interested in how machines can perceive, reason, and act in the real world through structured integration of hardware, sensors, and control logic. A major focus of my research is perception driven systems, especially multi sensor fusion and physically grounded frameworks.

At the same time, I am deeply passionate about mechatronics and full stack system building. I enjoy working end to end, from mechanical design and structural modeling to electronics integration, embedded systems, and writing control algorithms that optimize performance under real world constraints. For me, intelligence is not just about models, but about how well the entire system works together in the real world

Beyond research, I have been a YouTuber for over seven years, documenting the process of imagining and building ideas into reality.
Origami Time With Namai is dedicated to the Japanese art of paper folding, where I share structured tutorials that combine geometry, precision, and creativity.

MR FUN focuses on electro tech product design, 3D printing, and mechatronics. From building functional superhero movie props to integrating microcontrollers such as Arduino and NodeMCU into working prototypes, the channel captures the journey of turning concepts into engineered systems.

NSUT B.Des, Product Design
July 2023 - May 2027
The Electronic Systems program at IIT Madras, India’s top technical institute, covers foundational to advanced topics in electronics, focusing on digital and analog systems, signal processing, embedded programming, and product design. It includes hands-on labs and real-world applications.
Offsite Pro is an intensive 10-week program that redefines design education, preparing individuals with an industrial design background. Got 100% scholarship based on my portfolio.
The B.Des in Product Design course focuses on developing skills in digital modeling, and industry-standard software such as Fusion 360, Maya, and Blender. It emphasizes practical applications in design thinking, prototyping, and product development, preparing students for real-world challenges in product creation and innovation.
